Orders are prepared by hand, then shipped. Preparation time is separate from transit time.
Preparation and transit
Allow 2–4 business days for preparation. Standard domestic transit is a further 3–6 business days; the options and live rates shown at checkout are the ones that apply.
Fixed and dressed candles can take longer in busy seasons because each one is dressed individually. If a delay is expected we email you rather than leave you guessing.
Packaging and international orders
Oils and liquids are double-sealed for travel and packed in recyclable materials.
International orders ship where customs allow. Duties and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
