Hand-made spiritual supplies have limits on returns, but nothing arrives broken and stays your problem.

Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photograph and your order number. We replace or refund and you do not need to ship it back.
Unopened items
Unopened, unused items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Write to the bench first with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty.
Not returnable
For hygiene and spiritual reasons, opened oils, dressed or fixed candles, powders, baths, prepared-to-order rootwork, readings, consultations and digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned.
