Holding a time
Appointment times are held once payment is complete and the booking step is finished. Times shown are in the timezone displayed on the calendar.
Notice
Each service sets its own minimum notice; the calendar only offers times that satisfy it.
Rescheduling
Reschedule at least 24 hours ahead through the confirmation email or the contact page, and we will move you to the next open time at no charge.
Missed appointments
A missed appointment without notice is treated as delivered. Write to us if something went wrong — we would rather hear it.
