Read this before burning, dressing or applying anything bought here.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep every product away from children and animals.
Candles
Burn on a heat-proof surface away from anything that can catch. Trim the wick to about 6mm before each burn. Do not move a lit glass candle. Dressed candles carry herbs and oil on the wax — expect a livelier flame and watch it.
Oils
Condition oils are for dressing candles, curios and objects unless the product page says otherwise. Body oils are labelled as such. Patch test on skin. Nothing here is to be swallowed.
Powders and herbs
Several traditional roots and botanicals are toxic if ingested and some irritate skin and lungs. Handle with care, wash hands, and keep powders off food surfaces.
Storage
Keep bottles upright, closed and out of direct sun. Cool, dark and dry keeps a batch honest.
