Paid first
Ritual services and readings are paid first. The moment your order confirms, your private intake form unlocks and is kept with your order — only the house ever sees it.
Booking a time
Readings that use a calendar are then scheduled by appointment. Nothing is started until the service is paid for, and no outcome is ever guaranteed.
