Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling
Holding a time
Appointment times are held once payment is complete and the booking step is finished. Times shown are in the timezone displayed on the calendar.
Notice
Each service sets its own minimum notice; the calendar only offers times that satisfy it.
Rescheduling
Reschedule at least 24 hours ahead through the confirmation email or the contact page, and we will move you to the next open time at no charge.
Missed appointments
A missed appointment without notice is treated as delivered. Write to us if something went wrong — we would rather hear it.
Who can book
Readings and consultations are for adults, for guidance and reflection only.
Not professional advice
A reading is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. If a situation needs a doctor, a lawyer or an emergency service, we will say so plainly.
How it is delivered
Each service page states whether it is delivered live, by recording or in writing, and how long it takes.
Third parties
We will not read on a third party against their interest, and we do not sell information about anyone.
